How can I cancel my made to order?

To ensure a timely delivery, we start working on your orders once we receive your order. Please email us within 24 hours' notice of placing your order to cancel.

Can I return my order and get a refund?

If you are not happy with your personalised order, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving it and we will continue to work with you to ensure you are 100% happy. We will provide a one time offer for unlimited revisions on the order. If you are still unhappy, we will refund you.

For instant download products, unfortunately we cannot accept returns or refunds once the digital files have been sent to your inbox. Please review each product prior to purchase.
